Refunds & Returns
You will be issued with a receipt on purchasing or delivery of your items.
Please retain this receipt for your records and make sure that all goods have been received and in good condition before signing for them.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, returns can be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods either over the phone by calling 01535 611222 or in person at our showroom in Keighley, quoting your invoice number.
Orders returned due to over ordering, or a change of mind must be returned to our showroom otherwise there will be a collection fee. Please see our Delivery page for cost details. A 15% restocking charge will apply to returns.
We cannot refund original delivery fees or goods that have been cut to size or made to a certain specification unless it is faulty.
All goods must be returned in the condition which they were received, complete with original packaging, labelling and paperwork.
A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.
